About Burien Riviera Live!
Burien Riviera LIVE! is a members only house concert association founded in 2018 by Steve and Nancy Hughes and with Kyle Cable and Mimi MacLeod serving as board of advisors. We host four catered house concerts per year typically in February, May, September and November. Members pay an annual subscription fee of $150.

We are a club and therefore do not make any profit from the sales of subscriptions or guest tickets; all proceeds go directly to our musicians and caterer and for incidentals like chair rentals, ice and beverages. We do this to support the arts and have an incredible time meeting new artists and friends.

BRL! is a listening club. Please keep any talking or distractions to a minimum.

Bands set up and sound check right up to "Doors Open" time. Please do not arrive early.
​
Please bring all dishes back into the kitchen at the end of the show.
​
Please help as able to fold up the chairs and put them where the MC directs after the show.
Parking
Please park along the guard railing on the road above our house. Contact Steve about parking closer to the door if you have disabilities or trouble with getting down the driveway.
Our home has a half flight of stairs into the performance area, so with limited accessibility.
Coat Check
We have room for coats in our guest closet next to the front door.
Additional coat hangers are provided if needed on a coat rack in one of the rooms at the end of the Gallery to the right at the bottom of the entry stairs.
tips
Please tip the bands and caterers generously. We are here to support local musicians and caterers; they work long hours behind the scenes to put on wonderful events for us.
